Before Production
The type of wood has a significant impact on the muscial instrument sound, tone, and quality. Before making, we would make up some woods to do some testing, and keep the production environment suitable.
During Production
All the musical instruments are made by our experienced workers, and our QC team will inspect each step carefully to ensure the products quality.
After Production
We will then do the test to make sure the tunes and sounds satisfying your needs, and send you in a timely manner.
Appearance Test
After 2 years depositary, our worker will select the qualitified woods through appearance inspection.
Stability Test
Before making your musical instruments, we would store the wood materials in the warehouse for at least 2 years to inspect their stablity.
Matching Inspection
After molding, our QC team will do matching inspection of the instrument to ensure the size matching each others.
Viscosity Inspection
After gluing each parts of the instrument，we will then inspect the instrument carefully to assure it viscosity.
Appearance Inspection
After coating, each of your products will be inspected by our skillful worker to make sure the design fitting your requirements.
Assembly Inspection
Fino's instrument is assembled with fino's fine accessories under our strict stardands, and we will then double check their tightness.
Acoustic Analysis
After making the instruments, we will then do the acoustic analysis, making sure its sounds and tones.
Packaging Inspection
After logistics, our workers will inspect all the package bags.
